Zest For Life

Zest for Life incorporates Tai Chi based activities, stretching and other activities that help you get to know your own body and brain through breathing and exercises for overall well-being.

Sessions are specially beneficial for those who are out of condition, have arthritis & many other health problems

All that is required is effort, patience, moderation and you will reap the rewards.
