Olympic Weight Lifting

Enhance your flexibility, speed and explosive power though our Olympic Weight Training program.

Catering to competitive and recreational weightlifters, the classes are run in our purpose-built gym at the rear of the PCYC, where you are encouraged to develop enhanced confidence, focus and self-esteem in a safe and positive environment.

Training times are negotiable and we can also provide expert tuition sessions for crossfitters.

THE VENUE

The Olympic Weightlifting Room is a purpose built facility up at the rear carpark of the PCYC adjacent to the gymnastics area after paying at Reception. You will need a class card to train.
